Sheffield is home to over 60,000 students and we know that whilst at University, many will struggle with how they are feeling. It may be lack of motivation, feeling down, worrying about exams or feeling stressed.
If you are studying in Sheffield and registered with a Sheffield GP, you can access the same range of free NHS talking therapies outlined here and book an assessment with a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to help you make an informed choice on the right therapy for you.
In addition, we also run some student specific wellbeing sessions which are designed to give you some practical tips on how to look after your wellbeing and give you a taster of the range of support Sheffield Talking Therapies can offer you:
