Courses

We offer a range of courses that have all been specially designed to help with low mood, worry or anxiety you may be experiencing.

At each of our courses you will learn new techniques to improve your mood. Being in a course with other people gives you a chance to hear from others who are experiencing similar feelings to you.

Our courses are delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams or face to face in different locations. They run on a weekly basis, but vary in length. Please click on the pages below for more information about each course.

To access any of our courses all you need to do is fill in our simple online referral form or give us a call on 0114 226 4380. You will be invited to an assessment first to discuss the course as a treatment option.

This is what our patients say about the courses:

"I felt like I wasn’t alone and that the techniques suggested worked"

" A group session in person was great as I didn't feel I needed to speak all the time. I learned from others, learned a lot as took all the information in. Great course leaders throughout."
