Work can be stressful at times, and for some of us

finding the right work-life balance isn’t easy.

We can work with you to provide a free wellbeing session that is tailored to meet the needs of your employees.

The sessions are a great opportunity for you to focus on wellbeing, and how we can all better look after ourselves.

We can focus on improving wellbeing such as the importance of self-care and introduce you to useful techniques like mindfulness.

You will also be able to find out more about the practical support we offer at Sheffield Talking Therapies and how you can access further help.

Our sessions are delivered online (usually on Microsoft Teams) by one of our NHS professionals.

How to arrange a session

If you are interested in finding out more we would love to hear from you.

We can discuss all the different options available and how we can best suit your needs.

To get in touch give us a call on 0114 2264380.

What information will we need from your employees?

Before we can arrange a session with you there are some practical details we will need to know. To find out more about the information we need access to, click on the box below.

Anyone participating in the session will need to register using an online form which collects data that we need.

When registering participants will need to provide their:

These details will be used to identify participants in the NHS system. The information shared is completely confidential and stored securely under the Data Protection Act 2018. Information will only be accessed and used by the IAPT team in the administration of the course.
